Nasolabial Folds and Marrionette Lines

Dermal filler is placed in the nasolabial fold area or the upper cheeks, making the nasolabial folds less noticeable. Fillers cannot make nasolabial folds disappear, but they can make them less pronounced. Similarly, dermal fillers can be placed under the skin in the marionette lines to create a fuller and more youthful appearance.

The results of this treatment are seen immediately but can take up to 2 weeks to fully settle. The area may feel tender to touch and there be mild signs of bruising which will subside within 48 hours. Most patients resume their normal day-to-day activities straight after treatment.
